Shipping costs are calculated and shown during the checkout process. For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs or import duties may apply upon arrival in the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these charges, and unfortunately, we cannot estimate these costs as customs policies and duties vary significantly by country. If a customer decides to refuse a package due to import duties or taxes, they will be responsible for all associated shipping costs, return fees, customs charges, and handling expenses.
Delivery Time
At Minoxio, we recognize the importance of timely deliveries for our customers. Typically, our shipping time ranges from 5 to 10 business days for all in-stock items, and we strive to dispatch your orders as swiftly as possible for a seamless delivery experience.

Cancellation policies
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date you receive your product. After notifying us of your cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the item(s). Please contact our support team at support@minoxio.com before returning any goods, as returns may not be accepted otherwise.
If you return items after the 14-day period, you will need to cover the return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error. Returns sent unstamped or with “cash on delivery” will be refused. We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking information; please avoid alternative couriers, as they make it difficult to track your return if it goes missing. Ensure that the item is adequately packaged, include a copy of the invoice, and clearly state the reason for the return on the return form.

You may also cancel your purchase by refusing to accept the shipment.These return policies apply to all items sold through distance sales and private sales.To process a return, the product and packaging must be in mint condition and completely unused so that the product can still be resold.
If the returned items do not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to issue a reduced refund.If you exercise your right to cancel within 14 days, we will refund your payment for the order, excluding shipping costs. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method or card you used for the original transaction.
